In 2008, Notary Grzywaczewska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, majoring in Law, submitting her master’s thesis entitled “Acquisition of real estate by foreigners in Poland”. In 2010-2012, she completed a full-time notarial apprenticeship, and in 2013 she passed the Notarial exam. For a short period, she was a deputy notary public in the Notary Office where she had previously completed her notarial apprenticeship. Since September 12, 2014, as a Notary Public, she has been running her own Notary Office.

Before the Notarial Act

After presenting the case to which the Notarial act is to apply (which can be done in person at the Office, by phone, by e-mail or using the form that you will find below), you will receive information about the documents necessary to perform the notarial act and its costs.
Obtaining information on notarial activities is free of charge.
After booking the date of the meeting, copies of documents or their originals should be sent via e-mail or delivered to the Notary Office, and on the day of the notarial act, it is necessary to bring the originals of all documents with you.
You should also remember to have a valid ID with you on the day of the Notarial act.
